This page describes how AFPFT High Tech, trading name Tijdje, handles data on the public website and in the time-tracking product. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
The website
The public website exists to explain Tijdje. Introduction forms are used to get in touch. We ask only what is needed to reply: name, organisation, email address, role and message.
The application
In Tijdje, workers record their working time. Administrators see the workforce of their own organisation. Workers cannot access other people’s hours.
Access and roles
Access follows the role. Workers join through a secure invitation. Administrators manage accounts within their organisation. Every organisation operates in a separate environment.
Retention
Hours, schedules, breaks, corrections and reports are kept for as long as the organisation needs them to use the service. We do not use personal data for advertising.
