What this page covers

This page describes how Tijdje by Eryntal handles data on the public website and in the time-registration product. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

The website

The public website exists to explain Tijdje. Introduction forms are used to get in touch. We ask only what is needed to reply: name, organisation, email address and message.

The application

In Tijdje, workers record their working time. Administrators see the workforce of their own organisation. Workers cannot access other people’s hours.

Access and roles

Access follows the role. Workers join through a secure invitation. Administrators manage accounts within their company. Organisations remain separated from one another.

Retention

Hours, schedules, breaks, corrections and reports are kept for as long as the organisation needs them to use the service. We do not use personal data for advertising.

Privacy questions

For privacy questions, send a message through the contact page.
